A categorized grocery list

Traducción a Español

As you know, lately I'm trying to save money in my groceries not sacrificing quality but buying wisely and a bit healthier.

One of the tips I gave you then, was to have always a grocery list to avoid be walking through the market and finish buying things that we don't need at all (in most cases full of calories and chocolate XD).

Well, now we are going to refine more this point, from now I'm going to use a grocery list divided in categories, so I can walk through the supermarket in an order and I don't have to walk around looking for a missed product.

I'm going to share with you two files, my grocery list, that has the order that works better for me in my preference supermarket and the DOC file, too just in case you want to modify it if you want to follow another order.

Let's save money! :)

Collecting decoration ideas

Traducción al Español

This is just a little idea, partly taken from Pinterest, it's like taking the virtual Pinterest and transform it into a real one...

And there is an undeniable thing and that is that Pinterest is really comfortable, you may save there all the ideas you like to come back and read them after, however, we pile the decoration magazines and finally we get lost between so much photos, some impracticable and some just odd, try to find something some time later will be almost impossible.

So I have decided to take all my decoration magazines

and make with them an ideas 'collage' in a notebook

So now I have more free space in the book shelf and I organize the ideas I like most at the same time.

And you? Do you accumulate magazines or do you use to throw them away after reading?

How to remove blood stains

Traducción al Español

Yes, I know, it seems a title for Dexter, but, who has never been scared with a kid and after the scare has seen him/herself throwing the clothes to the garbage?

This tip was given to me by the urgencies doctor after a visit when SuperBoy fell off the bicycle.

And, know what? It works! It's so easy as putting peroxide on the stain (first it would be a good idea to put a bit of peroxide in a hidden part, so you can see if the cloth accepts it to avoid ruin all the clothing)

As said, you put peroxide and the blood starts fizzing, then you rinse it, you put again peroxide and keep rinsing it and putting peroxide until the fizzing stops, then it will not be blood in the cloth.

Then you wash the cloth as always, et voilà!

PS. Here I have two solutions in one, I cleaned the stain and I gave use to an expired peroxide bottle, so if you have expired peroxide don't throw it, put it in the cleaning cabinet.
